STAFF VILLAGE II MASTERPLAN

The Amaala Staff Village will be developed to provide housing and services for Amaala hospitality, experiential and project support staff.

HERITAGE HOTEL

The project aims to integrate luxury hotel needs with observance of traditional architectural features and morphological urban fabrics. The location of the Project site is close to Ad-Diriyah area, that has architectural heritage content; therefore, the construction of the Samhan Heritage Hotel takes into account the rehabilitation of the old district’s mud buildings and their modernization.

SIRDHANA MINA RASHID

SIEC carried out multidisciplinary design and engineering services as the Lead Consultant at the Sirdhana Phase 1 project being the first one at Mina Rashid Development in Dubai, UAE.

The project is under construction, the piling has been completed and moving forward to the next stage.

Amaala Airport

The Amaala airport is strategically located to serve all three Amaala Resorts situated in the Red Sea, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.A key characteristic of the Amaala Airport is the emphasis on providing a non-intrusive travel experience to visitors, combined with its capability to deal with large volumes of business travel and commercial airliners. The Airport will serve a predicted 690,000 PPA initially in 2021 increasing to 1,100,000 by 2030.

TEATRO MALL

SIEC was choosen to develop a new proposal for Teatro mall in Jeddah.

The Client will demolish the actual building and will develop a mixed use development comprising Retail, F&B, Restaurants, Entertainment and Cinema, High end Residential Apartments and Amenities.

QIDFA DEVELOPMENT

SIEC have had the amazing opportunity to work with the Emirates Council for Rural Development and Etihad Rail to bring to life the vision to develop rural villages within the UAE.

The ‘Emirates Villages’ project represents a new milestone in achieving the vision of the UAE leadership by introducing a sustainable development model that accommodates all regions across the country, while utilising the human capabilities and natural resources of each region.
